3. Acceptable use

The compilation, organization, design, text, and original content of the Service are owned by AdvisorGrade.com and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public filing data is not owned by us. Firm names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Service and all information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
